From the technical side of things, Sugandese Tokens has gone through great lengths to provide an innovative platform and resolve all risk related issues we’ve brought up. It should still be noted that there were quite a few issues present in the first place, which does give a good indication about the complexity of the protocol and there potentially being edge cases.

Although we would have liked to see automated testing, the team has actually gone through manual testing to test most of the core functionality. Despite the contracts being quite complex, we could not find any vectors in the Masterchef that could lead to the direct loss of staked funds. It should be noted that much of the complexity in the contract has to do with buybacks and emission rate calculations, thus the core business logic of staking funds and being able to (emergency) withdraw them is not affected by this complexity.

As with any yield farm, this does not yet mean that the protocol will be successful or profitable to the average investor. The native tokens often drop very rapidly after launch so we recommend you to carefully do your research on the project and team and whether these are appropriate for you.

When staking in this project, the main risks you want to look out for are:

• Ensuring that the contract you approve and stake in matches the one we audited. This can be done by comparing the address with the one present in the contracts page in our audit.
• The probability of the native token’s value dropping rapidly simply due to the nature of yield farming. Carefully evaluating the team and project could help with assessing this.
